*Events/Weddings Serving Alcohol - $250.00 additional fee, Banquet Permit, Licensed Bartender, liability insurance required. Champagne toasts only – no extra fee. 

The following items are included – we have many additional items for rent, please ask about our price sheet and availability.

• Exclusive use of the Theatre from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight
• 1 ½ hour rehearsal time (subject to availability)
• Day of event set up of table and chairs: up to 25 – 60” round tables, 8 – Banquet Tables, 250 Black Chairs
• Tables for guest book, gifts and wedding cake.
• Kitchen facilities for caterer or your use if you bring your own food.
• Private room for Groom/Bride included or separate private Bridal cottage located in courtyard $125.00
• Covered outdoor isle with beauitful courtyard.

***One hour prior to the end of your event time block…..music ends, bar closes and guests prepare to depart.  It takes an hour to clear out your personal effects, food and bar items.  Please plan your event accordingly.
